Emission Requirements

Effective January 1, 2010, in Fulton County, vehicle emission inspections are required every year on 1986 through 2007 model year gasoline-powered cars and light-duty trucks (up to 8,500 lbs. gross vehicle weight rating). Vehicle model years 2008 and newer model vehicles are currently exempt from inspection.
